After earning my Civil Engineering degree from UCLA and working for NASA. I realized my true passion lay in shaping the urban landscape and improving people's daily lives. This led me to transition into the construction industry, where I could directly contribute to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing structures that serve communities.

Drawing inspiration from Webcor Builders and Camden Property Trust, where I had the privilege of contributing to projects such as Century Plaza Hotel, Four Seasons Residences, Sofi Stadium Extension and various apartment buildings. These projects taught me to focus on Budget, Schedule and Quality. I also encountered exceptional trade partners, mentors and investors during my journey who eventually became the backbone of Clock Builders.

Throughout my journey, I have been guided by the wisdom of Warren Buffet, Charlie Munger, Sam Zell and Lee Kuan Yew to focus on intrinsic value, integrity and value creation. Armed with financial knowledge and construction experience, I founded Clock Builders with a dual purpose.
